インスタレーションで使った石彫　　stone sculptures for his installation art

彫刻家のアトリエを訪問。

午前１０時、私が到着すると彼は雪の中で海外向けの大きな作品を制作中。使用中の石はアフリカ産で比重３。

２時間ほどで別れた。好きだから、と笑顔で前進し続ける彫刻家。

気持ちが引き締まった。

Last week, I visited studio of a sculptor.

When I arrived at 10 in the morning, in the snow, he was working with a big stone sculpture for a foreign country. The stone he was curving was from Africa, Its specific gravity is 3.

I left there after 2 hours. He moves forward with a smile. "I love sculpture" he says.

I braced myself up.
