ここで画廊しませんかというお誘いを受けて、とあるビルの一室を拝見。きれいなビルの４階、眺め良し、エリア良し、隣は法律事務所。家賃、電気などどれぐらいお金かかるか計算。。。独立開業８年目の私ですが、これまで場所を借りるばかりで自分のスペースを持ったことがない。画期的な運営方法はないものか？

A person asked me to see a room for art gallery. On the fourth floor of a well cleaned building with nice view, in a quiet area and next to a law office. Calculating the expence including the rent, electricity and so on.....I've never had my own gallery space, but always borrowed somewhere to exhibit the artworks since I started this business on my own seven years ago. Does anybody know revolutionary way to survive in the art industry?
