無名作家

水曜日からの展覧会に向けて準備。いわゆる総合展というやつで、分野も年代もゴチャ混ぜ。売れた作品から、お客様の傾向が見える。

いい作品だなーと思ってセリで仕入れたはいいものの、作者名や経歴が分からないことがある。お客様は著名作家に流れがちだし、どこの誰が描いたのか分からないなんて怪しい、などと言われる始末。

ということで、そんな作品は私の部屋に飾ってある。

Today I prepared for the art exhibition from tuesday. It is what we call a general art exhibition, consists of various genres and ages. It is very effective to find the tendency of the customers from the sold.

Sometimes I can not find the name and profile of the auther of the art works that I bought in the auctions. Not only the customers prefer the well-known artists to the unknowns, they doubt their existence.

Therefore, such works are on the walls of my room.
